These reframes may change the mindset and experience, yet I suggest another approach.
How about engaging the “flow state” while you vacuum?
Instead of feeling heavy, you are light. Instead of moving with strength, you are graceful. Instead of being distracted, you are fully aware.
The flow state syncs the mind and the body.
Perhaps, vacuuming and all other “chores” can be transformed…
