Gratitude as a Physical Therapist…

Ever since the human body has been at the center of my professional life, I have found myself grateful for physical blessings, blessings pertaining to physical movement and function.

Yet these days, my awareness is expanding more and more to the powers of the mind and spirit. I am fascinated by the mind-body-spirit connection.

And this fascination definitely leads to a deeper level of gratitude…for feeling confident about my health and well-being.

Today, I actively use my mind and spirit to help my body heal and encourage my patients to do the same.

As a “mind-body-spirit” physical therapist, I am grateful for more power, more resilience, and more hope.
