How does peace affect your body?

“Peace of mind” is a common personal aspiration. And when your mind is peaceful, how does your body feel?

  • Shoulders and jaw relaxed?

  • Breathing slow and deep?

  • Gut settled?

  • Heart open?

  • Increased comfort all over?

Remember the mind directly affects the body…if your body isn’t feeling the blessings of peace, then reset your mind.

Just say and think “peace” to yourself and notice the shift.
