At some point, your knee(s) will hurt. Knees are vulnerable joints.

If your knee needs rest or immobilization, keep exercising…but choose alternative ways until your knee is ready.
Avoid or minimize pain meds so you can feel the true limits of your healing tissues.
Believe in your knee’s desire and ability to heal.
Before getting up in the morning, spend 5 minutes imagining a healing energy within and around your knee.
Throughout your day, say to yourself, “My knee is healing now.”
You must involve all of you - mind, body, and spirit - if you want more than mediocre results.
When your knee hurts…remember healing is much more than just physical.
