When does your “light bulb” moment happen?
Have you noticed that “light bulb” - epiphany - moments happen when your thinking, conscious mind is less active, when you are performing a routine task?
You might be taking a shower, driving down a long highway, trimming back your hedges, or cleaning the kitchen. Any mundane activity that runs on autopilot may allow a creative thought or spontaneous answer to bubble up from your subconscious mind.
For this reason, consider these non-thinking scenarios as opportunities. You might dismiss these times as meaningless obligations or disliked chores. Yet, your deeper mind might deliver an unexpected, desirable message.
As you recognize the value of your subconscious mind, also recognize how to more frequently receive its relevant, impactful offerings.
The more “light bulb” moments, the better…right?
