Infuse Gratitude

Thinking about how to infuse GRATITUDE into your physical recovery or condition…for sure, engaging your spirit results in better physical healing and performance.

Here are some thoughts…please let me know if they resonate with you.

  1. Recognize your body parts and systems that are functioning well. Then “shout out” to them in appreciation.

  2. Understand your being’s innate desire and ability to heal with its available resources. Then smile with confidence.

  3. Notice the daily improvements throughout the healing process. Then celebrate, allowing joy to motivate and inspire.

  4. Give frequent “Thank You’s” to your supporters. Then find ways to support them in return.

  5. Check (and re-check) your general gut-attitude about your community and world. If your stomach seems sour or knotted, then remember your genuine connections and personal freedom.

Don’t settle for mediocre results! Get your spirit involved…
