Use Your Imagination for Rejuvenating Sleep!

If you want your body to heal quickly, you must sleep. If you want your pain to subside, you must sleep. Unfortunately, many people are sleep deprived.

Instead of tossing and turning or depending on sleeping pills, use your imagination to kick-start your time to rest, to heal, to rejuvenate.

First, fixate your gaze on any object and settle your inner chatter by slowly counting down from ten to one. Then at number one, allow your eyes to close and step into your imaginary experience.

Creatively engage and amplify all five senses - what you see, what you hear, what you smell, what you taste, and what you feel. Bring real-life sensations into your inner world.

Then, as you imagine, repeat to yourself. “Sleeeeep” or “I - am - resting” or any other simple, peaceful mantra.

With consistent intention, as your imagination sharpens, your thinking mind will more easily slow down and let go and sleep.
